New Year Approaches

Well,, where did 2025 go?.. as we move forward to the New Year, we start to pack away the decorations, take down our Christmas wreaths as January approaches, we start to plan for the year ahead.

For those in hospitality it continues to be a real roller coaster & we continue to navigate our own journey, of uncertainty, but also hope for the new year and adventures it will take us on.

In the bakery we are looking ahead to January reopening, the students returning from their holiday break & the appearance of our New Year New York menu.

The red velvet helps brighten up those January days as we look for a glimmer of spring. I hope you all enjoy these last few days of rest before we all return to normality & Monday 5th January arrives. We look forward to welcoming you back Happy New Year to all of our Customers from near & far.
